If the part is found within 6 months after purchase and is due to a manufacturing error, the repair service will be free of charge. Repairs will take a maximum of 45-90 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Rings made entirely of stone and parts damaged by misuse by the user are not repairable.

 

We offer a maintenance service to keep your jewelry in the best condition. The prices for these services will be determined by the designer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

Daily use is the main cause of wear and tear on jewelry, so proper care will help you maintain and extend the life of your pieces. Silver is a metal that tends to oxidize when in contact with air and also with the action of the skin's pH. In addition, agents such as soaps, creams, makeup and perfumes can damage it, so we recommend leaving the use of jewelry as a final touch in your personal appearance. To clean the jewelry we recommend using a soft cloth or flannel.

 

For pieces with stone applications, avoid hitting them on hard surfaces. Clean cultured pearls with a damp cloth and a drop of neutral soap. Some stones may lose their color intensity if exposed to sunlight for long periods. After each use, gently clean with a soft cloth and store each piece of jewelry in its respective bag included with the purchase of your piece to avoid scratches.
